Code of Conduct
The DB Cargo Iberia Code of Conduct sets out the respect for principles, values, and internal guidelines applicable to all company employees, as well as our commitment to regulatory compliance. It defines our business orientation and the standards for good corporate governance and for contact with stakeholders in our daily activities. Customer focus, profitability, progress, cooperation, and responsibility are the core elements of the code, which must govern our day-to-day operations. This mandatory Code is based on DB Cargo Iberia's solid business model and the commitment to carry out its business activity with total ethical and legal correctness.

Criminal Prevention Policy
The criminal liability of legal entities has been incorporated into the Spanish legal system, and the Criminal Code includes the need for companies to implement a criminal prevention model for specific offenses. The objective of the model is to structure a prevention system against potential criminal conduct, which will improve existing controls and allow for the implementation of new monitoring and control measures. Thus, DB Cargo Iberia has implemented a preventive model and published the Criminal Prevention Policy, which is applicable to all company employees and third parties associated with it. This policy expresses DB Cargo Iberia's commitment to compliance with the law and provides a brief outline of the offenses for which a company can be held criminally liable in Spain.
